HSN offered industry-specific sales represention for Promus vendors. Database-enabled with Cold Fusion, online forms allowed sales people to immediately update information on clients, new business opportunities and perceived problems. The web site tracked and vendor follow-up on both opportunites and problem resolution-- auto-generating personalized emails for Thank-You's, Leads and Emergencies.

The web site was the primary business asset that allowed HSN to be profitably sold to a leading supply chain management company. Developed with Randy Weinstein and Hoy Thompson for Avatar Interactive, 1998/1999.
