The Lazer and City Spark (a radio station and a record label, both now defunct) wanted a bold but inexpensive "co-branded" tee shirt to commemorate their sponsorship of the 1993 Spirit Fest rock stage. I created the tagline "Kansas City's Radioactive Rock" specifically for the tee shirts but the clients liked it so much that it was picked up and used for the entire event.
